About Us

Spectrum Plastics is a UK based manufacturer of plastic injection moulded products and components. We have been established in Poulton-le-Fylde in Lancashire since 1998. We own our own premises and employ three ENGEL injection moulding machines.

Family Business

We're a small family owned operation and we like it that way. We love being able to give a close personal service, short lead times and flexible manufacturing schedules. You aren't going to be passed from pillar to post as your project progresses from design to manufacture, you'll deal with just one or two people. Being small doesn't mean low production capacity either; we don’t do minimum or maximum orders, we'll create as many or as few pieces as you need.

We have a wealth of experience in manufacturing plastic components for a wide range of industries and applications. From tiny washers and shims to large and complex components for niche applications — if it's injection moulded we will manufacture and assemble it for you.

We manufacture exactly what you want

We've said it before but small means flexible and flexible can be your best friend. You will have access to our wealth of knowledge in manufacturing plastic products. With this we can help you to make the right decisions necessary to produce a perfect finished product.

We design great products

Design is at the core of a great product. We can't show you much of what we have designed because most things, including your project, are protected by confidentiality agreements.

You can take a look at our Toughook to see an example of a product entirely designed and manufactured by Spectrum Plastics. It's so sturdy it comes with a lifetime guarantee. See our design page to find out how we turn your concept into a production ready design.
